We would like to draw your attention to our new beginners' workshop "Personnel management in industrial/technical contexts". Our leaflet is available here for customers to register for the first workshop on 14 and 15 May 2024.

Industrial and technical managers in companies have a very important role to play. A good management style and the right attitude to management tasks can not only achieve a good working atmosphere, it also makes a vast improvement to cost effectiveness.

The aim of the first of our three workshops is to help you develop your own leadership style. You will gain insight into the methods you can apply to make management processes and management decisions more visible and acceptable for employees. We will show you how you can question, analyse and improve your own leadership behaviour patterns.

The workshop is aimed at individuals with managerial responsibilities in industrial and technical fields. It is suitable for anyone who would like to familiarise themselves with the subject matter, as well as for those already active in this field. Our target groups are, for example, master tradespeople, foremen and forewomen, plant, shift and team managers. Use the tools provided by us for your personal development in your career and develop your individual management plan for the problems that arise every day.

This seminar will only be held in German.
