Workshop - part 3: Personnel management in industrial/technical contexts
The aim of the third of our three workshops is to help you lead your team successfully and design effective and impactful team processes. Your team and leadership skills will have a decisive influence on your team's success and, consequently, on the success of the company.
We will show you how to analyze your team's developmental stage and which tools enable you to design and optimize team processes. Your team and leadership skills will be strengthened and solidified.
