In order for us to be able to continue to meet customer requirements in the future, it is essential for us to improve the capability of the Institute continuously and be able to monitor the accuracy of our results and provide verification on request.
Irrespective of where a measurement is taken, in Siberia, Australia or Solingen, it must be ensured that the results achieved are always the same.
This was the reason why we decided not to strive for certification to DIN EN ISO 9001, but rather to acquire accreditation in compliance with DIN EN ISO 17025.
After all,
"Conformity of the quality management system within which the laboratory operates to the requirements of ISO 9001 does not of itself demonstrate the competence of the laboratory to produce technically valid data and results." (From the Introduction to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005)
Our accreditation was confirmed at the end of 2011 by reaccreditation by DAkkS.
Reaccreditation performed by DAkks provided confirmation of the reliability of our services. In this way, we can ensure that we will continue to be your reliable contact in the future in line with these increased demands.
We aim for long-term, partner-like business relations with our clients
The quality of our services forms a strong bond between our clients and the Institute. It is only by maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship that we can achieve long-term partnerships with our clients.
Independent and impartial
The quality of the services we provide can only be ensured through an independent, impartial approach. This is a core feature of every new cooperation agreement.
Leading position in comparison with other testing institutes
Only by sustaining our leading position in terms of the quality of our services can we generate advantages for our clients in the long term, which, in turn, is an indispensable precondition for the continued existence of the Institute.
One of our quality objectives is, as a consequence, to provide our services quickly and unbureaucratically and without losing sight of or compromising the quality of the results.
Recognition within our profession
The outstanding reputation of the Institute is an essential prerequisite for the acceptance of our Analysis Reports and the benefit of our clients. And this means we will never issue reports that we do not fully support with a clear conscience and are pleased to make our know-how and capabilities available to the superordinate bodies in our field.
Securing the accuracy of our results
The only information that our clients can immediately put into practice and apply to profitable effect is information that is totally reliable. This is why we make the utmost effort to ensure our results are completely reliable.
Social responsibility
The quality of our results can enable our clients to optimise their own processes measurably, which has a corresponding effect on jobs at our client's facilities. We are constantly aware of our social responsibility in this respect.
Continual improvement of our services
It is only through a commitment to the continual improvement of our services that we can continue long-term to meet the steadily increasing demands of our customers and consolidate our own existence.
Employee-orientated working conditions and workplaces
It is only through staff-orientated working conditions and workplaces that we can create a working environment that motivates all our employees to perform to the best of their abilities. This is why we never cease to optimise the workflows and flow of information in our organisation.
Team work
Only by pooling all the expertise of all our staff can we achieve the ideal results for each customer. Team work is an indispensable aspect of our day-to-day work.
Ability of our subcontractors to apply QA principles
The quality of the work we deliver is dependent to a large extent on the ability of our external partners to apply QA principles. As a result, we only cooperate with those suppliers that are prepared and able to support our own quality objectives in an uncompromising, partner-like manner.
