Seminars on the subject of electroplating

The aim of the seminar is to teach the fundamentals of electroplating, starting with basic knowledge of the chemistry involved, progressing to the electroplating installation and finishing with the effects of the installation on the properties of the layers deposited.

It is not possible to treat every coating system and every substrate material in detail. The chemical reactions involved in the coating process can, however, be applied to general principles and workflows so that the knowledge acquired can be extrapolated to other electrochemical processes.

The seminar is aimed at individuals who wish to attain basic understanding of electroplating and the chemical reactions during the coating process.

The seminar is designed to present the fundamental chemical principles first and, later, the technical details relating to electroplating.

As a result, the seminar is suitable both for newcomers to the trade and for those already working in the electroplating business who need to acquire well-founded basic knowledge. So no previous technical knowledge required.
