Reaccreditation and expansion to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005
On 28 May 2009, our Quality Management System was audited for the second time by DACH. The auditing expert commented:
"The reports are all well arranged, making them clearly laid-out and easy to read." ... "The auditing expert examined the laboratory and did not find any cause for complaint. The laboratory applies the standard consistently and leaves an exemplary impression."
In view of this, we have expanded our range of testing to include the following:
Resistance to media
DIN 8237 Gold applications for small watch cases, requirements, inspection and testing and marking
Individual test procedures for static tests in air (deformation behaviour and failure limits)
DIN EN ISO 1519 Paints and varnishes - Bend test (cylindrical mandrel)
DIN EN ISO 2409 Cross-cut adhesion test
DIN EN ISO 2819 Testing adhesion – thermal shock test
Individual test procedures for metallography
DIN 50986, 1979-03 Wedge-cut method for determining dry-film thickness of paint and similar coatings
Electrochemical test procedures
VW PV 1063, DIN 53100, DIN EN 12540 Fuhrmann test, determining pore density on chrome-plated surfaces
ASTM B 456-03 2003-06, DIN 53100, DIN EN 12540 determining pore density on chrome-plated micropore deposited nickel coatings (modified Dubpernell test)
DIN EN 12540 Determining the number of cracks on chrome-plated surfaces
