The aim of the second of our three workshops is to help you to enhance your own leadership style further. You and your employees are constantly having to adapt to new challenges without losing sight of the company's economic goals. As a manager, you actively support your employees and help them to cope with upcoming change processes.

We will show you how coaching techniques can help to analyse and improve your own leadership behaviour patterns.
